how to make this delicious pork roast……..?

first we have to prepare fresh  pork…  we better  choose the pork belly or middle

cut the pork into medium size, not into small pieces…

pour lime squeeze juice to the pork and add salt, and wait for several minutes….
after 5 or 10 minutes, its ready to be roasted…..
after the pork color turn to brown… its ready…
chop the roasted pork into beautiful small pieces…..
the roast pork is served with  sambel andaliman (fress Indonesian lemon pepper condiment)

and this is how we make it:

the ingredients are:

shallots
candle nut
andaliman (fresh Indonesian  Lemon Pepper)
fresh  green cayenne pepper

direction:
shallots and candle nuts are  light roasted
while  andaliman and grey cayenne pepper are boiled
grind all ingridients…..
ready……
